There's a lot of information out there. The hard part is knowing what to do with it, in what order, and how it applies to your situation. This course gives you a coherent framework and a personal plan you build as you go, so the information ends up doing something instead of sitting in browser tabs.
Both. The principles apply at every level. Beginners get a coherent foundation, experienced lifters get a framework for breaking plateaus without buying another program.
No. The course teaches you how to choose exercises and build sessions around the equipment you actually have, whether that's a full gym, a home setup, or just your body.
No. There are no meal plans to follow, no foods to eliminate, and no calorie targets prescribed for you. The nutrition modules teach you how to make those decisions yourself.
The course is the foundation and works on its own; it's where the understanding comes from. The Program Builder and Nutrition Guide are optional tools that do the planning for you once you know what you're aiming for. Plenty of people start with the course alone and add the others later, if at all.
The course is structured as one module per week over eight weeks. It's self-paced and auto-saves, so you can go faster or slower as life allows. Your access doesn't expire, so you can revisit any module whenever your situation changes.
